By patent construction method of moist substrate applied, the pressure-sensitive self-adhesive cementation of membrane reacts cross-linked chemically with cement glue, just like producing a strong waterproof layer on base course. This layer will never fail to bond with base course so that can make sure no water leaking and permanent water barrier.
