Travelling grate of
this system can dehydrate and preheat green pellets evenly
through its draught-dry zoneⅠ, draught-dry
zoneⅡ
and
draught-preheating zone in turn until their mechanical intensity
meets the requirement and then to be discharged into the rotary
kiln by strippers, which results in excellent pellet quality that
have sufficient strength. The kiln rotates slowly and the pellet
can be heated well and uniformly which reduce dust
generated.
