tungsten carbide solid round rods

The uses of tungsten carbide rods are mainly divided into 2 parts:

One hand, they are used to produce finished hardmetal tools, such as twist drills, milling cutter, reamer, taps and rotary burrs, ect. On the other hand, they are applied to produce processing tools of making printed circuit boards, such as micro drills, big head drills and gravers, etc.

We manufacture tungsten carbide rod raw and polished. Besides, we both produce carbide rod with extrusion mold and also mold pressing.

There are mainly 3 forms of solid carbide rod.

1. solid carbide rod;

2. carbide rod with one straigth coolant duct;

3. carbide rod with two straight coolant ducts as under.
