Product Information
FUNCTION
Special water based sticky adhesive for use in heated roll type lint removal units on continuous rotary printing machines. Effectively picks loose fluff and protruding fibres from the surface of the fabric to be printed, facilitating smooth printing process.

Appearance:   white
Density (*0°C): approx. 1.*1 g/cm
Dilution procedure: miscible with water in all rations
Shelf life: in originally sealed drums, about two year from delivery date under stated conditions, recommended storage temperature + 3° C to +° C. Seal drum immediately after use or sampling.

APPLICATION
TY**0 DEDUST is an effective solution to the removal of loose fluff and fibres which are present on the surface of the fabric and cause rejections during rotary printing process. TY**0 DEDUST is used on specially designed lint
removal units installed on the rotary printing machines through kiss roll technique where rolls high temperature causes evaporation of the water present in TY**0 DEDUST  resulting in a continuous transparent film of a high
tack adhesive. Rolls contact area with the fabric and its speed has to be adjusted according to the rotary printing machines speed and amount of the contamination present on the surface of the fabric. Its proper use effectively
eliminates the need of pre washing process required to treat such fabrics.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any storage and handling difficulties if properly stored in original packing or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold should be avoided. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
