Ultra-High Speed Spindle Grease METALUB HS*2  is a new generation grease designed for the lubrication of  high-speed  plain and rolling bearings. Ultra-High Speed Spindle Grease METALUB HS*2 is based on a  light viscosity ester  oil  thickened  with  an  advanced  barium  complex  soap. METALUB HS*2  has  been  formulated  to  be  free  of  solid  additives  and  has  a  very  low coefficient of friction. METALUB HS*2 has good  wear  and  corrosion  protection. HS*2 has also  good resistance to water, ambient media and oxidation.
Ultra-High Speed Spindle Grease  METALUB HS*2  is  primarily  used  for spindle  bearings  and high-speed plain and rolling bearings, e.g. spindle bearings in machine tools and textile machines,threaded spindles, ball screws subject to high loads.  Ultra-High  Speed  Spindle  Grease METALUB HS*2 is also used as long-term grease  for bearings in precision engineering applications.
Typical applications  include  CNC machines, high speed bearings in  textile machinery, spindles in machine tools, high speed electric motors & fans and miniature bearings.
