Ultrasonic impact surface process equipment is based on a digital control system. It processes metal surface of workpieces by ultrasonic to improve the surface finish quality to Ra 0.1. And it can replace the traditional machine that processes grinding surface.   

The effect is as good as electroplating and polishing. After processing workpieces basically with traditional machine tool, use this equipment to process workpieces. Then surface finish quality of treated workpieces are improved to 3 classes higher, and roughness is reduced to Ra 0.1, even the lowest Ra 0.***5. Surface micro-hardness is increased by *0~*0%.It can also improve surface hardness of workpieces, increases service life and makes up error compensation. Form and position error is reduced.
