1. Product Introduction
ultrasonic impact finishing of metals equipment is an important
measure to process workpiece in precision, which plays an
important role in modern society. Through half a century
development, grinding machine has become one of the most
important marks in modern manufacturing area. After extruding and
finishing machining exerted by ultrasonic technology, the metal
surface roughness minished and the metal surface layer

For now, Japan, Britain, Brazil and other countries have improved
technology in ultrasonic grinding machine field. Among the rest
of those countries, Japan has invented a half-wavelength bending
vibration system successfully. The cutter is fixed at the thin
end of the half-wavelength bending vibration system. The
piezoelectricity ceramic wafer of half-wavelength bending
vibration system is designed to be semicircular. There are two
ceramic wafers at the upper and lower, which form two
semi-circular piezoelectric transducer(piezoelectric vibrator).

Combined with ultrasonic technology, and made use of the feature
that metal atoms movement accur at high energies and
temperatures, the grindng machine puts high frequency drivers on
metal surface, thus can extrude and finish metal surface. After
processing, surface roughness is reduced to Ra 0.2, even get the
mirror effect. Meanwhile, the micro-hardness, abrasion
resistance, fatigue strength and fatigue life of the metal
surface are improved.
