The upright crane gearbox has two series, type QJ-L and type QJ-T. The upright crane gearboxes are the operating mechanism of crane and other machinery in transportation, metallurgy, chemical industry and light industry. The gear and axle are made of middle carbon alloy steel and middle carbide-faced, which are fastened structure with high carrying capacity.

The gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching. The hardness of tooth surface may reach to HRC****2. All gear adapts NC tooth grinding process, high in accuracy and good in contact performance；
High in transmission efficiency: single stage, more than *6.5%; double-stage, more than *3%; three-stage, more *0%;
Smooth and stable in run, low noise;
