I. Product brief introduction:
The machine is fit for automatic veneer cutting for the plywood factory or wood processing factory. When continuous peeling veneers of spindles peeling machine go into rack through a conveyor belt, with the chain transmission between the veneer pressing rack and veneer feeding rack, the veneers go into cutting place. The peeling knife will cut the veneer automatically. The cutter veneer will be sent from the rack to complete the whole process.

II. Primary features:

2. Cut different length veneer, the board quickly cutter at the beginning, then back to cut the normal setting board. The automatic conversion, for which the end long board is cutter into short one, can be adjustable.
3. With the veneer peeling lathe synchronization production and they form the production-line.
4. The depth of cutting board is between 0.5mm*4.0mm, no adjustment.
5. The conveyor belt connect with veneer peeling lathe, it can do the long-distance transportation.
6. The error of board’s width is 1.5mm, that of board‘s parallelism is only ±1mm. it’s precision is much better than manual labor.
