Structure and Operating Principle
The machine is composed of Screening box,Vibration isolation spring,Engine base,Electromotor and so on.
When on working,the Electromotor drives the Eccentric shaft operation at high speed.By the effect of high speed,the eccentric block generated continuous centrifugal force to drive the screen vibrating periodically.And the locus is almost an oval-shaped/Then the material up on the screen will do prejectile motions on the push of outside force,granularity material fall down to he bottom floor of the screen,and when the size of the granularity are smaller thean the limit size of screen they will fall down to next floor.Big granularity material still do projectile motions on the screen and are send to the hopper or transport equipment on the discharge hole.
