Vertical Shaft Impact crusher (VSI Sand Making Machine) uses a unique rock on rock /rock on metal method employing a high speed rotor with crushing chamber of the equipment.
Principle:
The material enter into the crusher through feed hopper and is divided into two parts by material dividing plate. One enters into a high speed rotation impeller. With the high speed centrifugal force, material in impeller will be threw out and collide with the other umbrella shape material divided by dividing plate. After first hitting, material will form an eddy between impeller and casing, and repeatedly hit each other until required shape and size finished.
