Applying process and precautions:

1. Adhesive must be auticold and sun block. Avoid exposure to the sun in summmer and keep in cold place, in particular above 0℃ in winter. If adhesive was freezed, don't heat up at once and should place it in room with a temperature above 5℃ to make it melt slowly. If no layer separation phenomenon after melting, filter with **0 mesh screen. During storage and after use, seal it so as to avoid moulding and skinning and shorten quality term.
2. Huacheng brand series compound film adhesive can't be mixed with other ones. Mustn't add other substances so as to produce chemical reaction. Of couse include water.
3. After printing ink must be dry completely, then use compound film adhesive.
4. Before use, clean roller on compound film machine. No adhesive skin and impurity.
5. Corona quantity on BOPP film treatment surface must be above *9 dyne. Common factories BOPP film electric treatment surface is inside rolled film. Small BOPP film corona quantity results in unfirm adhesion and film removing.
6. Adhesive quanity depends on papaer, ink and film. Observe whether there is snow-shaped bright spots on copy. If yea, it is because of three factors such as too small adhesive quantity, small pressure and more powder agent. Then add adhesive quantity, pressure adjusting and powder removing. At that time no bright spots, but after several minutes to dozens of hours, find chicken paw shaped, snow-shaped adn flaw-shaped spots, commonly the reason is that adhesive and ink react each other. It is because of uncompletely drying ink or more dry and adhesive.
7. In principle, after powder spraying on printing products' surface, rub powder before compound film. Directly operate if powder is small. Please choose lid powder special adhesive.
8. During roll exchanging, please don't keep downdtime so long, so as to skinning.
9. Place it untile compound products is transparent not white and start cutting.
10. While new printing products compound film or exchange different adhesive, please sample and check before bales of production.
11. Please notice gold or silver printing products in particular. Sometime there is color changing phenomenon. Place it about one day and if color is not changing, then compound film. Meanwhile lengthen solidification time.
12. Plese don't use strong alkali glue board making and tile hanging so as to in avoid from such phenomenon as moulding and layer removing. Also note that glues such as Sodium-silicate quantity is so large and react with glue through paper.
