memco fill, capping, washing, filling THE FILLING CARROUSEL / *0 Heads� The filling carousel is connected to the base frame by stainless steel plate. It is equipped with stainless steel supports, adjustable in height, and includes the bottle jack lifts, the filling ring bowl �complete with filling valves and the product in feed unit.� The carousel rotates on a large diameter bearing. All the parts coming into contact with the product are in stainless steel �AISI **6� MOTION TRANSMISSION The Machine uses an alternating current electric motor, with frequency variation. The machine speed goes from zero to �its max. Value the main motorization drive, placed inside the base frame, transfers the motion to the machine and �controls, by a Cardin shaft, the reduction gear situated in the fixed part of the filler. The gears are made in steel and �nylon alternately. The deceleration speeds are controlled by the PLC in accordance with the sensors positioned �downstream the machine (sensors not included in the supply).� The slow shaft of the reduction unit controls a pinion gear which transmits the motion to the large diameter bearing.� ELECTRICAL CABINET � The standard electric cabinet is manufactured in stainless steel.� It consists of:� * PLC and the relevant I/O cards (in/out) to control the main filler operations; * frequency variation to control the main motorization; * product level control device; * auxiliary circuit feeding instruments; * main switch; * contactors; * protection magneto-thermal devices; * fan to prevent high temperature in the electric cabinet. This air ventilation system has two different circuits: one for �internal air and the other for external air which avoid the entry of dust, humidity and impurities.� The protection degree of the electric cabinet is IP *5.� *****
