FOR SALE ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND CARIBBEAN.   Part of the TECMADRY family of waterproofing products, TECMADRY-F is a one component cement-based flexible waterproofing mortar which shows a high adherence. Designed to prevent and remove dampness both above and below ground water level acting for and against pressure.

Specially designed to avoid cracking in the mortar in places where vibrations are expected. The product waterproofs with direct and indirect pressure.

To maximize efficiency of TECMADRY-F, we recommend adding CRYLADIT, a mortar improving ad mixture to the mixing water.  By using this admixture, it's possible to increase adherence, water tightness, flexibility and mechanical resistances as well as improve the curing of the coating.
