XH***4 is a Hall device designed and produced based on bipolar semiconductor technology. The device integrates Hall effect, voltage regulator, signal amplifier processing circuit, Schmitt trigger, and an open collector output driving transistor.

XH***4 has a wide working voltage range and a wide working temperature range, making it suitable for use as a solid-state electric switch in products such as automobiles, industrial appliances, and home appliances.
