This series of four column hydraulic press machine is applicable for such processes of metal materials as drawing,bending,flanging,cold extrusion and blanking.Its working pressure and slide travel can be adjusted within a specified range as required by the process.

Main body

The main body is organized by press crown, beam, working table, uprights, locknuts and adjusting nut. There are guide sleeve to be employed inside the beam. The precise can be adjusted through adjusting the locknuts and adjusting nuts that tightened on the press crown. There are T-type channels on the beam and working table, so that the tools can be equipped convenience

Stroke limited equipment

The stroke limited equipment is installed on the left side of the machine, it can control the stroke distance, the beam stroke distance can be adjusted by adjusting the distance of the travel switch.

Hydraulic Station

It’s including oil container, axial plunger pump, motor, two-ways cartridge valve, oil cleaner, air cleaner.

Press gauge and overflow valve are equipped on the oil container so that the operator can observe the hydraulic pressure and adjust the oil pressure easily.

Cartridge valve equipped for hydraulic system, reliable, durable and less hydraulic shock.

The machine is equipped the hydraulic supporting safety loop to keep the security when the beam is out of control.

Water cooler is employed to cool the temperature of the hydraulic oil to keep the oil temperature doesn’t exceed *5°C. When the oil temperature is over *5°C, connect the water cooler system, the system will give a alarm when the oil temperature is over *0°C; When the oil temperature reach *5 °C, the control system will cut off the power to keep the oil temperature not over *5°C.

Electric control system

The electric cabinet is separate from the main structure, this machine is supplied with the moving operating panel so that the operator can operate machine at a big area range.

3.1  Without knock out techniques,

Beam down in no-load mode →beam switch to work mode by proximity switch → beam down in work mode till desired force achieved→ start time relay when desired force achieved → beam all way up after time on time relay runs out

3.2 With knock out techniques

Beam down in no-load mode →beam switch to work mode by proximity switch →beam down in work mode till desired force achieved→ start time relay when desired force achieved → beam all way up after time on time relay runs out →knock out cylinder at upper limit start time relay→ knock out cylinder return after time on time relay runs out

3.3  Drawing techniques

Beam down in no-load mode →beam switch to work mode by proximity switch → beam down in work mode till desired force achieved→ start time relay when desired force achieved → beam all way up after time on time relay runs out
