YQ*1 series c frame
hydraulic press adopts high-quality steel sheets welded in
accordance with the optimized structure design proposal through
the finite element analysis. It's mainly applicable for press-in
forming, bending, connecting, assembling and printing work, which
is easy to form a production line. It's applicable for stretch
forming, pressing and folding of thin sheets, calibration,
pressing and assembling of shaft parts, and pressing of normal
powder and plastics, especially for such industries as household
appliances, hardware and aluminium products.
The machine body
designed by computer and the frame was weld by the carbon
dioxide-shielded welding, and polished carefully. That made our
machine has good appearance and strong frame. Hydraulic cartridge
valves adopt integrated control systems ,reliability service,
long life, small hydraulic shock. It has individual electrical
systems, adopts PLC centralized or relay to
control.
It can be operated both fixed press and fixed stroke by means of
adjusting the operation panel. The machine movement usually
