ZXD banana type linear screen is a new type vibration machinery, also called "banana screen", which is applied to classicificate mid-size and fine materials, dewater, deslime in coal produce line as well as in metallurgy, mine, road building, electric power, chemical industry.

Working Princples:

The "banana screen" is a little arc screen. It has different inclination angles. Materials are layed uniformly on the screen. When the machine is runnning,the materials move through the multi zones screen*-the bar strip screen, the small screen aperture, the relative big screen aperture, realize dewatering, desliming and classification respectively.
