Baking Optical Coating
JXHM *0E*5 is a one-component high transparent baking optical coating with high temperature. The coating is with waterproof, acid resistance, alkali and salt resistance, high temperature and low temperature properties, as well as can effectively reduce the loss of light. Application Mainly applied to the surface protection of the substrate in automotive lighting, street lamps,mirrors, optical guide and diffuse. Technical performance index 1.Appearance: clear transparent sticky liquid 2.Viscosity(*0℃) : ***0±***0mpa. s 3. Solid content(%): *5± 2% 4.Light transmittance≥*9% Ratio of using Ratio of main agent and diluent: *0:5~7 Diluent Special formulated diluents, or butyl acetate, or cyclohexanone, or mixture of butyl acetate and cyclohexanone. Process condition of *0E*5 The diluted coating was coated evenly on the workpiece.
Performance test: It is available for various
performance tests after baked at **0℃ for 3 hours or
placed at room temperature for a week.
Cautions: 1. Cant be mix with other coatings. 2. To avoid turbidity, please clean up other types of coating, include equipped with plastic tank,plastic buckets and all tools before using the coating. 3. The process ratio in this paper is for reference only.
