VINER Industrial Ceramic High Alumina Crucible with Al2O3 content>99.7% can stand 1800C, widely used for high temperature application, like metal processing/glass melting, rapid thermal cycling, gemstone purification for jewelry industry etc.

VINER Industrial 99.7% Ceramic High Alumina Crucible is used for testing laboratory and a variety of industrial analysis.  Alumina ceramic crucible and corundum crucible include: arc alumina crucible, square alumina crucible, rectangle alumina ceramic crucible, column ceramic crucible and a variety of shaped alumina ceramic crucible.

VINER Industrial 99.7% Ceramic High Alumina Crucible Typical Application:

Alumina ceramics with superior strength, hardness, insulation, thermal conductivity, high temperature, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature strength and other characteristics, it has been widely used in engineering, mechanical seals, electronics, instrumentation, sensing, transport, communications, and other occasions or areas.

The content of 99.7%, 99%, 95% alumina products contains the crucible, sockets, valves, electrodes, spools, wear board, alumina balls, electronic porcelain, textile porcelain pieces, and other shaped pieces.

Notice for Using VINER Industrial 99.7% Ceramic High Alumina Crucible:

1. Alumina products are fragile. Please handle them carefully and avoid collision during unpacking, transportation, handling and cleaning
2. Check whether any micro-cracks exist before using alumina products. Products with micro-cracks should not be used.
3. Alumina products should be completely dry before usage. If they get wet, let the crucible or tube dry naturally before using them. If dry crucibles by placing in a dryer or oven, make sure that the dry process goes slowly.
4. Do not load too many materials in alumina crucibles, which can increase the possibility of uneven heating.
5. Alumina crucibles are sensitive to thermal shock. Try to warm up the furnace chamber slowly. A heating rate of 150C/hour is recommended for the first 1-1.5 hours so that the crucibles can be evenly heated to reduce the impact of thermal shock. It usually takes about 3 hours to increase to high temperature.
