Auto coater machine is used for the production of sugarcoated or film capsule tablets in conformity of Drug Production Quality Management Criterion (GMP); coating capacity is max. in heap density. 1.1 Cleaning grade of hot blast to coating boiler up to **4 level standard; 1.2 Temperature of hot blast to coating boiler is up to *0 � max.; 1.3 Dedust rate of tail gas discharged from dust exhaust blower is up to *9%; 1.4 With online cleaning function; 1.5 With automatic temperature control function; 1.6 With negative pressure control function; 1.7 With air quantity control function; 1.8 With real time record function Principle: Feed tablet cores into the filmcoating drum, and the tablet cores make continuous complicated orbital movement within the clean and closed filmcoating drum. During the process of movement, filmcoating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and rational technological parameters, in the meanwhile hot air is supplied at negative pressure, and after passing through the tablet core layer, it exhausts from the bottom of drum, so that the filmcoating medium sprayed on the surface of tablet core gets dried quickly and evenly, and forms a firm and smooth surface film (See Fig. 1).
