Acetn Turnkey Project offers our customers complete transfer of
technical know-how from formulationg design, mixing technique,
on-site training to quality control.We are able to help our
customers in obtaining the state-of-the-art mixer and know-how,
to supply quality masterbatch for the industry. We have
discovered a need to offer our customers an alternative to
manufacturing Masterbatch by supplying pre-formulated and
pre-mixed Masterbatch, tailored according to cost and
performance. In order to achieve this, we have engaged the
services of specialist custom compounder in Malaysia renowned for
supplying the new tyre industry.
We offer complete compounding line, products range from kneader,
banbury, roll mill, batch off machine to the rotary cutter. The
complete line set up will be tailored made according to
customer's needs.
Acten batch off machine has an excellent cooling effect,
automatic function, and cost-effective.We provide batch off
machines in various model, to suit different production capacity.
