BIDI SFP optical fiber transceiver

Product Description
iPhotonics' BIDI SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data-rate of **5M*2.5Gbps and **0m***0km transmission distance.
The transceiver consists of three sections: a VCSEL/FP/DFB laser transmitter, a PIN/APD photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
