Sealing process
The sealant process is the necessary process in the insulating glass producing line; there are 2 main sealing process , 
1. Butyl extrudering sealing process 
  it's the first sealing process for the insulating glass producing line;The butyl sealant is the primary seal for the insulated glass unit,its the first layer sealant glue.The butyl extruder machine coat the butyl glue on both sides of the aluminum frame, then the aluminum space frame with both sides butyl glue will stick the double glass together tightly
2.Bio-component sealing process
  The process working for sealant of two-component polysulfide sealing, two-component silicone sealing. This process is the second sealant process of the insulated galss. it is the necessary process of making insulating glass
