CarboSil Silver is a microcontroller based Fully Automatic Thermal Analysis/Metal Temperature System for molten irons. The system is the best integrated unit to determine the chemistry analysis requirements of various foundry setups and is equally good for analysis of Cast, Grey and S.G Irons. CarboSil Silver is the most economical system ever offered in the market yet it produces the results even better than most expensive of units.
Being the easiest to use, highly reliable and efficient thermal analyzer of molten iron, CarboSil Silver is designed to perfection to meet the industry demands and withstand harsh industrial environment. The sophisticated electronics unit is enclosed in a rugged and smart metallic housing. Keeping the ease of the user prime, the housing has all the information displays, control s and knob, display lamps and vital connectors on a single panel at front of the unit.
CarboSil Silver has a set of multiple output sources capable of displaying, interpreting and confirming the results obtained from each sample. The set comprises 4 Red and 1 Green LED Displays to show the numerical results, an assembly of 4 display lights interpreting and validating the test cycle and a communication port enables to connect the instrument to a printing station confirming the results for documentation. CarboSil Silver being the most 'User Friendly' system has a sequential arrangement of displays and lamps that guide the operator through the cooling curve, monitoring and measuring the metal temperature and providing useful information on the state of thermocouples and the progress of measurements.
