DirectDrive Type Mud Pump (DDPM-MP) Motor
·More Reliable and Stable Operation Performance:The mud pump omits the typical transmission part which has a high failure rate. The DDPM-PM itself exhibits performance much higher than the variable frequency asynchronous motor or D.C. motor.
·Maintenance-free: The DDPM-MP directly drives the mud pump’s power shaft.This saves time and costs from replacement of the belts or required lubrication of chain and transmission parts. The DDPM-MP just needs add grease lubrication every six months.
·Lower Mud Pump Footprint and Weight: The mud pump with the DDPM-MP totally eliminates belts, pulleys, shields. Or chains and other associated equipment. Due to this, the volume and weight is reduced by *5% and *5% respectively.
·Lower Mud Pump Noise and Vibration:The DDPM-MP operates in the (ultra) low speed range reducing the noise of the motor to a maximum of *5dB. Additionally, because the direct drive type mud pump does not need a bult or chain to transmit power, there is no vibration on the mud pump. Because of these factors, the DDPM-Motor greatly improves the working environment of the workers.
