The packaging machine is new designing of high speed and accuracy packaging machine on the practice basis of the original MJL*1C1.It consists of a double helix or belt, real-time online weighing hopperand dust collector,which can be composed of the entire fully automated package assembly line with bag conveyor, heat sealing machine, sack closer. Suitable for packaging flowable or poor liquidity powder and granular material such as flour, milk powder, feed, rice flour,cocoa powder, solid drink, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, veterinary medicine, glucose,solid medicine,toner, pesticides,dyes and metal powder.

 

Main features

Whole machine is made of stainless steel according to the GMP standard and food hygiene certification(**6L material can be customized).

Imported touch screen,PLC control, industrial Ethernet communication can be connected to the plant DCS control center, which has function of work stability, anti-interference, easy to use, intuition, long-life etc.

Double screw feeder with high accuracy and speed for dosing.

Product adjustment parameter formulations can be stored for future use, it can store up *0 sets of operating parameters.

New packing scale weighing system, high-speed and precision dosing with overshoot suppression, fall correction and tolerance alarm function.

Using new type sack holder with good sealing, the replaceable size, able to adapt to the variety of sizes bags.
