The parboiled rice has been soaked and steamed under pressure
before milling, this makes the nutrients stay in the rice even
after processing. The rice isnt actually parboiled (pre-cooked), as
it is actually harder to chew than regular rice. Its usually served
at celebrations and events. This rice will be fluffy and separated
after cooking.
How To Serve : Boil (cook) first , can be eaten with sauces, stews, pepper-soup etc
