As a compound seasoning, this product is designed to solve problem of inconvenience in making kimchi, such as a problem of adjusting adequate amount of ingredients to be used.
However, any kind of kimchi can be made with this product just by adding it on the well washed Chinese cabbage, radish and vegetables.
How To Use
1. To pickle Chinese cabbage soak in *0% salt water for *0 minutes. Then, take it out and drain thoroughly(salt pickled cabbage in market can be used too)
2.The amount of seasoning-mix and water to be used in making kimchi should be 5 - *0% weight of pickled cabbages. If calculated, dilute seasoning -mix in water and this sauce suould be mixed with pickled cabbages.
3.To get better taste, you may spread leeks, cut in 4~5cm, and roasted seasame on it.

1.This product can be used for the seasoning of raw vegetables.
2.As a seasoning, you may add it to the stew, fried rice as well.
