bacterium Streptomyces Albulus.
Natural preservation and protection against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungus outgrowth (yeasts and moulds).
Excellent temperature stability (possible applications before or after heat treatments).
No affection of flavor, taste and texture of product.
Highly cost-efficient due to low dosage requirements.
Applications : dairy, bakery, meats, beverages, convenience and health foods, personal care & cosmetics.
