Product Description

MIM is the modern plastic injection molding technology entering the field of powder metallurgy, and has formed a new powder metallurgy near-net forming technology. The powder metallurgy injection molding process is relatively close to the powder metallurgy technology. First, the solid powder and the organic binder are evenly mixed together, and then plasticized by high temperature heating at **0 degrees. The injection molding equipment is injected into the mold cavity, and then solidified and formed. Then, the binder in the formed blank is removed by thermal decomposition. Finally, like powder metallurgy, precise parts are produced by sintering.

Powder metallurgy (PM method) refers to the process technology of preparing metal powder or using metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and non-metallic powder) as raw materials to manufacture metal materials, composite materials and various types of products. Cold closed steel mold pressing, cold isostatic pressing, hot isostatic pressing, and warm pressing are all press molding. However, due to the fact that it can only be pressed in both directions up and down, some complex structural parts cannot be produced, or can only be made into blanks.

Common MIM product application areas

3. Electronics industry: disk drive components, cable connectors, electronic tube shells, electronic packaging, heat sink materials, printer parts, optical communication ceramic joints, mobile phone structural parts, etc.

4. Medical: dental orthopedic brackets, in vivo suture needles, living tissue sampling forceps, radiation shields, medical device parts, etc.

5. Daily necessities: watch cases, watch straps, watch buckles, golf heads and tees, sports shoe buckles, sports machinery parts, document binding punchers, jewelry chain links, etc.
