Roller frame is designed to provide aminimum gap between
rollers,and giveadded protection to the conveyor belt.Frame outer
slopers are designed to preventmaterial build up around the shell
endthereby avoiding premature shell wear dueto roll jamming.
Base frame cross members are designedfor optimum strength weight
ratio whilstproviding adequate support the roller underload
conditions.All frames are inspectedprior to commencing the welding
run toconfirm accuracy of major dimensions.Selected frames are
removed from theproductions run at intervals and subjectedto full
dimension checks and weld qualityinspection.
