1. K*2: This oil has a very low viscosity, making it suitable for basic rust prevention on metal surfaces. It's ideal for short-term protection during the transportation of metal products but is not recommended for long-term storage due to its minimal protective duration.

    

2. B*0: With a moderate viscosity, this oil is well-suited for bearings and gears where both lubrication and rust prevention are needed. It offers reliable protection against corrosion while ensuring that the moving parts operate smoothly.

    

3. Y*5: This oil is slightly more viscous than Jakon-B*0 and is designed to provide better lubrication and rust protection under moderate to heavy loads. It's particularly effective for bearings that operate under higher pressures or temperatures.

    

4. Y*2: This high-viscosity oil is ideal for heavy-duty applications, including large mechanical components such as large shafts and gears over *2mm. It offers excellent lubrication and corrosion protection under severe operating conditions.

    

5. Y*2: Similar to Jakon-Y*2 but with even greater viscosity, this oil is formulated for the most demanding industrial applications that require robust lubrication and maximum rust protection. It's particularly effective in environments where components are subject to high stress and exposure to corrosive elements.

    

6. S*0: This oil is specifically formulated for screws and other fine mechanisms, providing excellent lubrication and rust prevention. Its properties ensure that screws remain free-moving and protected from corrosion, even in moist or potentially corrosive environments.

    

7. S*6: The highest viscosity among the listed products, suitable for very heavy-duty applications and high-load conditions. It provides superior lubrication and rust protection, making it ideal for equipment that is subjected to extreme pressures and environmental conditions.

    

These oils are essential in maintaining the functionality and longevity of industrial machinery by preventing the onset and spread of rust, which can lead to significant mechanical failures and downtime.

Application   Notes:

K*2: 

It has the characteristics of transparent oil film, thin coating, quick drying and easy coating; it has good rust resistance, salt spray resistance and   atmospheric corrosion resistance, and can well protect the metal surface. It does not require heating or dilution when using it. Suitable for inter-process rust prevention and short-term storage rust prevention of ferrous metals. 

B*0,Y*5,Y*2,Y*2:

They good rust resistance, dehydration resistance, salt spray resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance. It is mainly suitable for rust prevention and storage rust prevention of workpieces after mechanical processing. It does not need to be heated or diluted when used. It can be directly painted and impregnated. Anti-rust oils with kinematic viscosity of *0, *5 and *2 mm²/s can be used as electrostatic spray   anti-rust oil.

S*0:

Water-based oil-free rust inhibitor, mostly used to prevent rust between parts processes, and also used as an anti-rust additive in cutting fluids. 

S*6:

Water-based oil-containing emulsified additives can be used for short- to medium-term rust prevention of workpieces. It can also be used in low concentration to prevent rust between parts processes.
