Steel Frame: welded by 40X60X1.5MM square tubes, processed by acid pickling & phosphating, and then coated with epoxy resin electrostatic powder on the surface.
18mm melamine faced chipboard for panel, deflator and cabinet.
12mm melamine faced chipboard for backboard.
Deflector has triple-grooved exhausting design, and 5mm Formica thick compact grade laminate for interior lining and ceiling, with moisture proof, anti corrosion, heat proof, and impact resistance functions.
The material of work top is using 12.7mm C-SPC, thicker on the edge, with moisture proof, anti corrosion, and heat proof functions.
Light: 40W Fluorescent lamp with illumination 450 Lux, on the ceiling, no touch with the air flow in the detoxification ark.
Window: with 5mm thick safety explosion-proof glass and the door can stop on arbitrary position, with fall prevention device.
Socket: equipped with multi-functional socket, suitable for all kinds of plug-in, with high operational safety and convenience.
Laboratory faucet: surface coated with high brightness epoxy resin, with anti corrosion, heat resisting, and anti UV.
Ceramic valve element: 90 ° rotating can connect with splash water filter.
Bars surrounding the bench top can prevent the water overflow effectively.
