Product Overview
Water-based cigarette adhesive (also referred to as tobacco adhesive or cigarette glue) is a specialized, eco-friendly bonding material formulated exclusively for the tobacco manufacturing industry. It uses water as the dispersing medium and high-performance polymer emulsions as the primary binder, delivering reliable adhesion at high machine speeds while meeting stringent food-contact safety standards.
Our product line covers all key bonding stations in cigarette
production — lap seam, filter tipping, packaging, and filter rod
forming — with dedicated formulations optimized for each
application. All raw materials and finished products comply with
FDA 21 CFR 175.105 and China tobacco industry
standard YC/T 207, ensuring zero formaldehyde,
no benzene-series solvents, and no phthalate plasticizers.
