The Medjoul dates,�also known as the "King of Dates", are so
sweet and rich, with soft and luscious flesh�that they were valued
above all other dates.
The Medjoul dates, often referred to as "nature's candy" due to its
natural sweetness, is three times the size of the average
date.
These dates are graded as follows:
1) Super Jumbo Medjoul: Highest quality of Medjoul, soft, rich and
creamy. Weighs over *6gm per date.
2) Jumbo Premium�Medjoul: Tight brown skin covering the fruit,
equally soft and rich but slightly smaller than Super Jumbo. Weighs
between *2gm - *5gm per date.
3) Large Premium Medjoul: Slightly smaller in size than the Jumbo.
Weighs between *8gm - *1gm per date.
4) Medium Medjoul: Weighs between *5gm - *7gm per date.
The Barhi dates, considerable smaller in size than the Medjoul, are
of a single grade, golden brown in color and are packaged on the
stem.
All of our dates are kept in cool storage at **8 degrees
centigrade.
