Fluid bed boiling dryer plant, also called , consists of air cleaner, heater, principal machine of boiling bed, cyclone separator, cloth bag dust collector , high pressure centrifugal blower, operation table ;because of different natures of drying materiel, when fitting dust removal equipment, according to need considering, or choosing cyclone separator, cloth bag dust collector at one time, and choosing one of them. Generally speaking, materiel with greater specific gravity, like these materials as Infusion and grain and powder, needs to provide with cloth bag dust collector, and equipped with pneumatic feeding material device and belt conveyor for choices.

Scattered grain solid materiel is added to fluid bed by feeding materiel carrier, where the clean air filtered is sent into the bottom distribution plate of fluid bed by blower after heating to contact with solid materiel, forming fluidization and attaining heat exchanging of air and solid. After drying materiel will be discharged from materiel putting out opening, and the waste gas will be exhausted out from the top of boiling bed after recovering solid powder by a set of cyclone dust collectors and cloth bag dust collector.

Steam, electricity , hot blast furnace can be fitted (according to consumer’s requirement).

It is applicable to scattering grain materiel for drying, like as:raw drugs in medicament, drug, grain material of pressing piece, Chinese medicine infusion, plastics resin, citric acid, and other powder grain shape materiel used to chemical raw material, to dry and dehumidify them, yet applicable for drying foodstuff and beverage Infusion, grain processing, corn embryo, feed etc. The grain diameter of materiel can be maximum 6mm, minimum 0.5~3mm.
