Inspection Service: SIS helps oversea clients to inspect the products on site in Chinese factory. so in this way, SIS is taken as the clients&#**9; office in Shanghai. Target products: Sheet metal parts. Usually the spare parts/products made by all or some of the manufacturing processes like: Laser cutting, NC punch, Stamping, Bending, welding, and other general fabrications like drilling, tapping, polishing, ect are called sheet metal parts. SIS only provides inspection service on these parts. Target Clients: The oversea clients who purchase sheet metal parts from Chinese factories located in any part of China Operation Procedure: A, Clients send SIS all the drawings and other relative information on the products. B. The assigned QC would communicate via email or IM with clients on the project after reviewing all the informations to control the detailed requirements, and bring up with some reasonable suggestions sometimes. C, QC confirms with the suppliers on all the requirements to make sure they fully understand them, and are able to reach all the requirements as well. D, QC visits the suppliers to make sure they are equipped with the essentail machinery and personel. E, During the production, the QC would go and check the products at random in the factories and reply to the clients the inspection report and photos in the same day to make sure the clients learn the truth and enable them make decision accordingly. F, QC makes an overall inspection like dimension, assembly, finish, package before shipment to make sure all the products shipped are acceptable on quality and quantity.
