High reliability
During the operation of the equipment, the product is produced in a
completely sealed system without twice pollution points. The
signals of equipment and canning machine are interlocked to prevent
miso-peration during canning and feeding and guarantee quality of
finished products.

The equipment is designed through digital heat quantity
calculation, which has precisely designed the heat exchanging area
required for temperature rise and cooling of products, so as to
make sure that the products can continuously carry out instant
cooling and heating treatment, effectively reduce the loss of
product flavor and nutritious content and kill the harmful
bacteria.
According to customer requirements, the equipment can be provided
with multiple sections of cooling with adjustable outlet
temperature, which is suitable for cold canning.

The equipment adopts the form of multiple tubes, i.e.,a shell tube
is covered by multiple small parallel tubes to form combined tubes,
