Payment - Irrevocable, confirmed, unconditional & transferrable **0% L/C at sight OR *0% deposit after signing contract and balance of *0% paid by transferable L/C at sight.
Delivery Period - 3 - 4 weeks
Documents - All necessary shipping documents will follow consignment to Buyers port of delivery

- Full set of Clean on Board Original Ocean Bill of Lading
- Shipping Invoice
- Certification by SGS/INERTEK/ etc
- Certificate of Origin
- Packing List
- Maritime Insurance Certificate
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Radiation Certificate

PROCEDURES:
- Buyer issues LOI / ICPO
- Seller or mandate send FCO
- Buyer approve FCO and sign and send back to seller
- Seller issues draft contract, Buyer to sign / amend and send back to seller. If OK, seller send to buyer  for signing.
- Within **5 days after signing contract, buyer's bank to send ICUT DLC to Sellers Bank
