The chassis is entirely made of varnished steel; the movable front part is inserted into recessed sliding runners, which make the machine not only easier to refill and maintain, but also durable and resistant to vandalism.
The motor and reservoir are housed in the upper part; in the lower part, there is a large space for the storage of spare parts and flavours.

A state-of-the-art sensor system guarantees constant control of both the availability of the products and the operation of the machine: any technical problem could be signalled remotely through a surveillance software.
Realpop vending machine is the result of careful study focusing on providing the consumer with a product which is not only delicious, but also healthy; popcorn is prepared at the moment without added fats, using only heated air!
The mechanism of the machine is very simple. Once money has been inserted and the customer’s favourite taste has been selected, Realpop starts the preparation process by releasing the cup and its cover with the flavour in a compartment at the bottom. After only one minute, the portion of natural popcorn can be picked up; it is now ready to be made even tastier by the customer's flavour choice. Once the pulls the aroma-saving tab of salt, sugar, or any other condiment has been pulled, it falls into the popcorn cup. (The ways of customizing the product are limitless.)
After the cup has been sealed, it must be shaken vigorously, in order to mix the various ingredients. In just a few seconds, a nice fresh portion of popcorn – a healthy and alternative snack – is ready to be enjoyed.
