TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

EURO Provider issues MOU containing the Master Fee Protection Agreement (this document). This document will be signed by EURO Provider and USD Representative.

1.EuroP sendsMOU to USD Representative.
2. USDwill fill and complete  MOU, provided directly to EuroP by Representative of USDP.
3. Then USDP will complete and sign andEuroP will have final confirmation of deal.
4.TTM will be arranging with USDP Representative and EuroP.

• BOTH MANDATES GUARANTEE TO PARTICIPATE AT THE MEETING.        

5.After acceptation from both parties EuroP, Representative of USD will arrange TTM at the EURO Provider’s bank .
6.After the successful verification of both consignments the bank officers block the assets and the transaction can begin.
7.Subsequent tranches will continue as per schedule in TTM, until all funds are exhausted, including any renewals, all rollovers and extensions.Exchange of all following goods will be executed as agreed in TTM.

8.All commission payments, costs will be deducted within same banking day WITHOUT DELAY. On the EURO Provider’s Bank / Bank in  Liechtenstein
