As required by BUYER, SELLER will provide the following Documents :

Complete set of Forwarders Certificate of Transportation 3/3 Original with 5 copies

Certificate of quantity and SGS Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin; All banking charges for issuing, amendment and confirmation, if needed, of the Letter of Credit shall be for the account of the buyer.

BUYER agrees to maintain such Letter of Credit by renewals, Extensions, amendments nor increase, if necessary, until Payment has been made or the delivery canceled in accordance With Sales Contract.
