Email for copy of full details for procedures and payment terms
Opening procedure after acceptence: Buyer issues a LOI/ICPO +
RWA/BCL + NCNDA
Email for templates bank endorsed LOI, BCL, and NCNDA
REGARDING NCNDA: I am very reluctant to proceed in a
deal that does not have signed NCNDA. If you will not sign
agreement with me I will not supply address instructions for LOI. I
do not need to waste my time with someone like this as they will
only steal contact info and approach seller themselves. Contact
info is considered business property to me and I will not tolerate
theft or circumvention tactics
PAYMENT TERMS
Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed DLC or ARDLC for **0% Payment
at sight for total Quantity from Top Western Prime Bank
NOTE: Due diligence of seller by buyer is strongly recommended.
before signing and sealing FCO or opening LC. This should be best
way as all parties in deal will be known at these stages.
