The product has passed the
following steps: selection, removing the rocks, pearl, washing,
drying, classification , optical selection and packing for
obtaining a **0% organic prduct, preserving its nutritional
characteristics.
The quinoa is considered a
pseudocereal, known as Chenopodium quinoa wild. Considered one of
the richest andean grain protein, obtained by a process of cutting,
threshing, polished and graded.
Quinoa contains all essential
amino acids such as leucine, isoleucine, lysine, methionine,
phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine. The concentration
of lysine in the protein of quinoa is almost double compared to
other cereals and grasses. It contains no cholesterol.

is a product without gluten, rich in fiber and it is easily
digestible.
· Has
a higher mineral content than cereals and grasses, such as
phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and other
minerals.
· It
is an important source of protein with an average of *2.5 to *5%
and it can be compared with other foods such as meal, milk or
eggs.
