Line wire is from spool and cross wire from pre-straightened and cut-to-length,this machine is designed for the large batch manufacture of standard as well as engineered mesh in sheet.

Exclusive CABR/M-design welding system,every single point welding system with individual welding guns can be activated individually(no mounting or dismantling of parts,no electrode bridges) to ensure highest production efficiency and welding quality.Patented welding current balance technology can guarantee the plane of the mesh. Two different welding programmes ensure this machine can process both hot rolled and cold rolled wire.

The welding parameters of GWC series Mesh welding machine are controlled by computer,and every transformer can be adjusted individually.

The Welding pressure builds up by means of pneumatic cylinders,every electrode is drived by one individual cylinder,and the pressure can be adjusted by computer.

Special material and design ensure the electrodes can have a much longer working life.

The machine has reliable water cooling system,the water is recycled.
