PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues LOI (Template will be provided after acceptance of sellers terms) + Bank reference letter (1.Buyer is in good standing with the Bank. 2. Upon execution of the contract buyer will have the capability to purchase) (*5 prime bank).
2. Seller issues draft contract.
3. The parties sign and seal the present contract and exchange the copies electronically. The electronically exchanged copies will be legally binding until the hard copies are exchanged.
4. Within 3 (three) working days seller provides Partial POP documents about the availability
of the product ( storage certificate, certificate of origin, ownership certificate)
5. Buyer issues Q*8/CPA
6. Buyer lifts 0 **0 MT product
7. Payment at sight by MT**3 against transfer of verified title.
8. Seller will provide to the Buyer Full POP
9. Within 3 (three) banking days buyer’s bank will issue non-operative not-transferable RDLC value for one month valid for contract period
