Push-pull mold vulcanizing machineposed of frame plate, hot
platen, up and down platform, piston, oil cylinder, front and rear
sliding mold device, hydraulic station and electric control system
etc. The plate welding with Q**5 steel, through machinery shot
blasting, spraying zinc-rich lacquer, rapping into machining to
eliminate stress. Hot plate is of dual sizing rolls and processing
by *5# steel plates through normalization treatment; the steam
inlet of each hot plate is provided with a group of electric valves
which automatically adjust the temperature of the steam; to meet
the vulcanization process requirements, at the front of the intake
manifold plus the bypass valve. According to job requires manual
(or electric) to switch into the steam / feed water valve, and
hydrophobic / bypass valve. The up and down the platform is of Q**5
steel. In order to ensure the production precision using automatic
