Induction hardening is primarily
used for surface hardening. The heating process does not affect the
core structure. It is possible to heat a material locally where it
is functionally desired. Other sectors of the material remain
untreated and it is easy to machine them.

work piece surface quenching,such as the straight shaft, reducing
shaft, camshaft, crankshaft, semi drive shaft, gear shaft, machine
screw, gear surface quenching; Sprocket quenching; Hubs &
spindles, CV Joints, sleeve, ring, disc surface quenching;
quenching machine tool guide rail, plane; balls, a variety of
mechanical parts ( such as automobile, motorcycle spare accessories
) of the surface heat treatment; steel bar, rod material automatic
heat treatment; special-shaped work piece such as a chain of
quenched and tempered.
The
