Payment Terms: For FOB *0% T/T upon placement of order, balance when shipment is ready at mill before being forwarded to port. For CIF *0% T/T upon placing of order, balance against copy of shipping documents (see below for procedure overview). Letter of Credit **0% at sight only accepted if opened at prime bank.

Minimum Order:  Minimum per shipment is **0 MT (*4 containers).

For FOB shipments:

1) Crius sends indicative quotation
2) Buyer approves quotation
3) Crius Trading issues pro forma invoice with final price and sales contract
4) Buyer signs pro forma and contract and returns by email
5) Buyer effects down payment
6) Rice is prepared for shipment at mill
7) Buyer effects payment of balance
8) Mill forwards goods to Vietnamese port

For CIF shipments:

1) Crius sends indicative quotation
2) Buyer approves quotation
3) Crius Trading issues pro forma invoice with final price and sales contract
4) Buyer signs pro forma and contract and return by email
5) Buyer effects down payment
6) Rice is prepared for shipment at mill and shipped
7) Seller sends copy of shipping documents to buyer
8) Buyers effect payment of balance
9) Sellers send original documents by courier

For LC shipments:

1) Crius sends indicative quotation
2) Buyer approves quotation
3) Crius Trading issues pro forma invoice with final price and sales contract
4) Buyer signs pro forma and contract and return by email
5) Buyer opens irrevocable letter of credit at prime bank
8) Rice is prepared for shipment at mill and shipped
7) Seller sends copy of shipping documents to buyer
8) Sellers send original documents by courier
9) Seller collects on letter of credit
